My name is Trang
My passion is to help you succeed in life and at work. I see greatness in you and I want you to see it too. My goal is to help you accomplish your goals, grow in your career and find work more meaningful.
My family and I immigrated from Vietnam to California when I was 8 years old. Their sacrifices have given me a better life so I can dream big, pursue the unthinkable, and achieve my version of greatness. I developed Good Impact Design because I want to build generational wealth of knowledge for leaders of tomorrow.
I am a creative learning and development designer that enjoys collaborative teamwork and bringing visions to life from the ground up. As someone who thrives in project and program management, I can see all the steps and actions needed to make something exceptional. I have created experiences that are meaningful, immersive, and memorable for employees. I built and maintained a high performing culture and an environment that inspire employees and elements of work—the physical, emotional, intellectual, virtual, and aspirational.
Career experiences are personal. We may encounter similar things, but there is no journey that is identical to another. We plan our next move based on our experiences and the environment we are placed in. Our goals come into fruition when we have a solid foundation such as habits, structure, and strategy.
